Full City
Medium brown colour. We only roast this type of coffee on order.
Vienna
Darker brown (aka Continental or Light French roast); this is the crowd favourite. If you’re not sure of the roast to select, we recommend that you start with the Vienna roast.
French
Dark brown but not yet black. Reasonably oily.
Italian
Very dark roast – oily beans. This roast is not for everyone, but still represents about 10% of coffee’s sold.
