Shipping Policy

Orders received before 11am during the week (Mon – Fri) will be shipped on the same day (95% of the time).

Orders received after 11am during the week will be shipped next day except for Fridays.

Orders received during the weekend or after 11am on Friday will be shipped best effort over the weekend or by Monday.

During holidays (long weekends), the shipping is done on the next business day.

Canada – Free Shipping (orders over $50)

We ship Canadian Orders via Canada Post Xpresspost™.

For less than $50, we charge a flat rate of $20.

Ontario – Free Shipping (orders over $50)

We ship Canadian Orders via Canada Post Xpresspost™.

For less than $50, we charge a flat rate of $15.

Greater Sudbury – FREE Delivery or Pickup

Live within Greater Sudbury? Get your coffee delivered right to your door for FREE! Select “Free Delivery in Greater Sudbury/Pickup at Minto Store ” as your shipping method and please specify the best time/date to deliver your order in the comments section during checkout.

We ship US orders via Canada Post Xpresspost™. All orders should arrive within 7  business days from the ship date.

Security is one of the biggest considerations to protect our customers. Old Rock Coffee has partnered with Stripe and Paypal to securely process all online orders. Your sensitive financial data is securely processed by a dedicated and verified payment gateway, while never reaching our servers.

Customers can choose to pay with any major credit card including VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

We’ve got your back while you shop online!

Do you retain customers’ credit card information?

No. While customers can “store” credit cards or use automatic billing for subscriptions, only the payment provider has access to your billing information. By design, our website never interacts, stores, or processes any sensitive data used in online orders. We keep all your information safe by using Stripe or Paypal, trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe.

Customers can access their payment methods and manage their subscriptions under My Account. We only store a unique security token that includes a credit card’s last four digits, brand/type, and expiration dates to reference payment statuses, manage your subscriptions, and payment methods used by Stripe or Paypal on your account, without having to leave the website.

Refund Policy

If your coffee or product (including gifts) is not 100% satisfactory due to quality, we will gladly replace or reimburse within 7 days of receiving the goods.

This information is collected, used and retained to help us ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid (in each case and over time) and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
