Description
This El Salvador coffee has great acidity, refinement and depth. This coffee is grown from the highlands in eastern El Salvador, the source of some world class coffees in the past few years. The coffee is organically grown under a rich canopy of shade trees, making the farms a sanctuary to many migratory birds and other endangered local species.
