Coffee in Haiti goes dates back to the 1800s when it was a French Colony (mais oui!). Haiti is rebuilding their coffee industry and with the recent earthquake, Old Rock wants to step up and help the effort.
Classic Carribean style, our Haitian coffee is a medium-bodied coffee with very refined, rich, opulent and sweetly low-toned (low in acidity) aftertaste. It is mellow with smooth texture.
